Ron Saglimbene (Sag) is DR.SMOKE.

He has been a pilot for almost thirty years and has been flying aerobatics in competition and airshows for fifteen. Before he began flying the SF260, he was flight lead of The Split Image Aerobatic Team flying Pitts Specials for six years. Prior to that, he did a solo Pitts act. He holds an UNRESTRICTED SURFACE WAIVER.

When hes not flying airshows, he is an Oral Surgeon practicing in Wyckoff, New Jersey.

He is presently on the Board of Directors of the North East Council of Airshows.

Years ago, Ron had seen a movie of a European jet team that used colored smoke in their airshow act. Since then, he has had the idea of developing a way of change the color of the smoke trail in smaller piston powered aircraft. It took months of research and planning, but he managed to put it all together in the SF260. Ron has the experience and dedication to help you make your airshow a success. His priorities are simple- they are yours!
